In CSGO I've reached Supreme (SMFC) in less than 300 hours, mostly because I played in the zombie server.
But from my experience, don't play matchmaking. Face it or ESEA can give you a lot more than cancerous MM.

Watch pro csgo matches. Currently, teams are getting ready for "FACEIT MAJOR LONDON 2018", I warmly suggest you watch it.

Personally, I would suggest you first learn movement and spray patterns. There are a bunch of tutorials out there in youtube, check it out.
Of course that you need to know the maps, the flashes, the smokes, knowing when to rotate or save, etc. like the other members suggested yea.

yeah i do what you say, i enough good about aiming and nade knowledge in mirage.. im looking for a good team mate here to get higher rank together cause if i solo i still have a risk to lose so big possibility .. last night  i win streak playing solo but u know la life always have hard time when your team mate cancer and won't hear you (me have knowledge) they break my win streak :(

  im looking for member that stick for long term
that mean we will training everyday two-three match competitive
i have been playing csgo for 2 years and have many knowledge as leadership
why i make a team?cause im good in this game bad sometimes have bad team mate.. i can't having fun while keep losing 

only play at mirage for now
should have knowledge about :
smoke
flash
rotation team defense
always learning new thing in the map
speak english & Friendly it's a must
