Well they don't really have legit NPCs, just multiplayer only, and the stories are needed to be discovered by reading through terminals and such, which no one really likes it.
I like Fallout 4 better tbh, 76 just feels like it was rushed and devs were too focused on the graphics rather than creating over hundreds of NPCs.

Yeah. It sucks to be a Fallout fan atm. I decided to stick with FO4 and mess around with mods.
