Well, as a skinny bastard who's trying his best, im gonna say im doing ok.
Im 5'11 and i weigh 145lbs. (I try to bulk up via eating alot but my metabolism just destroys everything in sight)
On average, 50 crunches and 40 pushups, for 6 days a week. I try to do other stuff, but the problem is having a family so needy and busy, i always have something to do.

Keep it up dude! I can only do 60 consecutive push ups which is good for my bw :)!
