agreed with pirate on this one. i could never do pushups. i can lift weights and do 40 or so sit ups but push ups were never my thing. everytime some one told me to do them, i'd do the ***** one with the knees on the grounp :p
When i was in a Gymnastics class (for like 4 years) I could do 170 consecutive pushups honest to God...Since then my body has not had that kind of care, and i'm down to maybe 25? :(
I think i'm going to use this :)
