I can walk 1.5km in ~10 minutes, I have really done some damage to my ankle, I have sprained, twisted, fractured it multiple times, mainly the spraining and twisting part. : /
I can't run, it puts too much pressure on it, owwy-face, even standing for too long hurts.

highest i ever done: highest pushups 80 :D , 135 setups in two minutes :| ,highest on hand push ups 18 :( . At running, im pretty average runner. its hard to do pushups for some people but its easy for them to do wieghts. why? Imao, some people are really riped up which means they weight a lot and its hard to them to go down and get back up when doing pushups. Well, my football coach use to say: "Do 10 pushups when you wake up, after each meal, and before you got to bed. The next week, increase it up to extra 5 push ups. Then when you get near the twenties. you can start increasing 5 pushups every week or month after you wake up." this is a little tip for you guys. Well, my goal is to do at least 100 pushups at the end of this year. :)

Oh, and this goes for weights too. Start small, then every week challenge yourself to lift greater weights every week. Sorry, I'm obsessed with working out right when i entered middle school back in the days. I can go on forever about these tips. :D
