I shot it an arrow dude. But really your standing in one spot and holding a bow and an arrow. It should be a game not a sport. And yeah you do get tired but really, your not going to need to drink some water or anything. I fired an arrow 50 times and I don't even have a drop of sweat or even get tired. I don't even need to drink some water. And I'm talking about the ones that are 55-70 lbs.

Archery is more a mental sport than physical nebula....u wouldn't get tired cuz u have no brain XD
Being an archer is like being a sniper: sure ur in one spot but the skill and consentration it takes to hit something dead on is tiring.
