I don't think there is a demo. The link I posted above scans your hardware and compares it to the requirements.

Hmmm....

I did that and said it failed. But I did a test for MW2 and it past. It said everything meets the recommends. And for MW the bar is not full but it still passes with video card meets minimum. The rest beats the other recommends. So I really don't trust that site anymore. But if it is right, than I might be able to play mw3 with low resolution and settings.
